This picture was taken at the annual Canada-Wide Christmas party in 1996. We celebrated our 10th anniversary that year since moving to our new facility in Gormley. The team consists of Leonardo Triolo (middle) and his two sons Lennie (right) and Joseph (left).
Together they make a formidable business team with many years of hands-on experience in all facets of the rebar industry. You will often find any one of them out in the plant or on the field making sure that all orders are being taken care of in a prompt and efficient manner.
As you can see, Len Sr. does not hesitate to jump into any role for the company. " The customer comes first. It doesn't matter whether you are in jeans or a suit or even in your pajamas. Lennie has been in the business since he was 18 and as such, has been involved with all aspects of the industry. He started out placing rebar and moved on to the detailing of drawings and then to management. He has an infinite amount of wisdom when it comes to rebar and apply's what he has learned on the field in his day-to-day work with contractors and customers alike. Email:
Joseph started in the business at the tender age of 15. Beginning in the fabrication shop he learned all there was to know about efficient and effective rebar fabrication. At the age of 18 he acquired his Truck driver's license and consequently started making deliveries of rebar. The years behind the wheel have taught him the in's and out's of construction in Ontario and has also given him a wide network of people whom he knows and know him on the job-site's. You will still find Joseph making the odd delivery. "It's fun to take out a load every now and then. They know that I may visit a job-site in jeans or in a suit. This is a good way to keep a close contact with your customers and show them how important they really are to us!" Email:
